Oxford Police Department Awarded for Excellence in Commercial Vehicle Safety!

Officer J. Gravis was the leading officer that resulted in the Oxford Police Department reciveing this award from Michigan Truck Safety Commission (MTSC) and Michigan State Police for this agency's outstanding effectiveness in promoting traffic safety through innovative commercial vehicle enforcement and education initiatives.  This award was presented to Chief Neymanowski at the Michigan Association Chiefs of Police meeting on February 2, 2007.  There will be a presentation of this award at the Oxford Village Council meeting on February 27, 2007.  If interested the meeting is held at 22 W Burdick, at the Oxford Village Council Chambers.  This meeting will start around 6:30pm.
