Congrats Officer Brown

Officer S. Brown has completed a Drug Recognition Expert course. In order to complete this course, Officer Brown had to complete training in Lansing and training in Phoenix Arizona. Since completing this course, he now knows the drug categories, the signs and symptoms of each, and their effects on the body and mind. After hands on training was over there was an extensive final in Lansing. This extensive training now makes him certified Drug Recognition Expert. Studies and statistics are showing that while the number of people driving under the influence of alcohol is going down, the number of people driving under the influence of drugs is going up. This training will help to be able to more easily identify somebody who is unfit to operate a motor vehicle safely, due to being under the influence of drugs.
